Seasons of Healing is a supportive 6-week grief recovery group designed to provide encouragement, emotional wellness support, and practical coping tools during these sensitive times. Held three times throughout the year and facilitated by a compassionate Mental Health Coach, this group offers a safe and understanding space where participants can process grief, share their experiences, and begin healing alongside others who truly understand.
Through guided conversations, reflective exercises, emotional wellness coaching, and supportive community connection, participants will gain healthy coping strategies while learning how to navigate grief with grace, resilience, and hope. Each session is thoughtfully designed to address the emotional challenges that often arise during specific seasons, helping individuals feel supported, seen, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

Unresolved childhood wounds and emotional trauma can quietly shape the way we think, feel, respond, and connect with others throughout our lives. Healing Beyond the Past is a 6-week trauma recovery group designed to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering space for individuals seeking healing from adverse childhood experiences and emotional trauma. Held twice a year and facilitated by a compassionate Mental Health Coach, this group offers guidance, emotional wellness support, and practical tools to help participants better understand the impact of trauma while beginning the journey toward healing and restoration.
Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, emotional wellness coaching, and healthy coping strategies, participants will learn how trauma affects emotional regulation, relationships, self-worth, and daily functioning. This group is designed to help individuals build resilience, establish healthier thought patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and create safe pathways toward healing in a supportive community setting.
